LiveEx-Shield is an AML/CFT platform built by a software company that has specialised in regulated-finance systems since 1999. From a head office steps from Toronto's Financial District, our teams deliver implementations across Canada, the GCC, Pakistan, and parts of Asia and Africa.

What makes us different isn't the logo on the box. It's that every detection rule, every screening threshold, every report template has been shaped by MLROs, auditors and regulators we've sat across a table from. We don't guess what compliance looks like. We build what we've watched work.

Software transforms industries — but only when the people building it understand the work they are replacing. That is the line we have walked for 25 years: sitting with compliance officers, shadowing MLROs during audits, re-writing scenarios the morning after a FATF mutual evaluation. Every line of LiveEx-Shield has a human reason behind it.

When I look back, I am proud of one thing above all: our clients renew. They don't just buy the platform — they keep it, extend it, and introduce us to their peers.

Across 16 countries, we have delivered AML/CFT systems that passed audit on first submission, supported businesses through regulator reviews, and kept up with typology shifts that broke other vendors. That's only possible because our team is built around people who actually want to be there on go-live night, and the morning after.

From the CTO

I joined CircuitComputer in 2011, and the pace of delivery and depth of regulatory exposure have shaped every engineer we have onboarded since. Over the years I have led AML implementations across Canada, the UAE, Pakistan, Kenya and points between — each one reinforcing that good compliance software is 40% code and 60% empathy for the operator at the other end.

Watching a client walk out of a regulator meeting with no findings is the single best measurement I have for what we build.

Our product direction is led by three things: what regulators are flagging in enforcement notices, what our clients are raising in support, and what our SMEs see coming in the typology landscape. We ship platform updates continuously, and no client is left on a stale build because we don't believe stale software is ever compliant software.
